Adult Distance: 400m swim, 4km run (Standard) or 200m swim, 2km run (Novice)

Course Details: The swim takes part in the competition pool at Woking Pool in the Park.  Unless otherwise stated, we will use a wave system with up to 5 competitors per lane.  The run is 4 'relatively' flat laps of the Woking park for the adults and varying numbers of very flat laps of the cricket oval for the kids.

Results: Full results will NOT be given out on the morning but will be published online as soon as we can so check back after the event.  Where possible we will name race winners (Male and Female, Novice Male and Female, all 5 childrens age group boys and girls) on the day.

As always, we will be running this event on Sunday mornings.
